An exciting opportunity to work for an established business in the professional services industry. The successful candidate will have previous experience working as an IT Manager and will ensure our client have the required IT systems and capacity to deliver an outstanding service to their clients. You will take leadership in creating an IT strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities: ·Working closely with the Head of Operations to develop & lead the IT function ·Creating an IT Strategy and roadmap ·Owning the portfolio of live and planned IT Projects ·Ensuring that all IT projects are appropriately planned and managed to time and budget and quality ·Day to day management of all IT Supplier relationships ·Ensuring the service desk is performing through management of KPIs ·Assisting in setting the annual IT budget ·Line management of the in-house IT team   Skills and Experience: ·Strong understanding of Hardware, software, Networking and cybersecurity technologies ·Proficiency in IT infrastructure planning implementation and optimisation ·Experience of creating and implementing strategic IT plans and policies ·Previous experience of working on complex IT Projects, both software development and infrastructure change ·Skilled in managing IT Supplier relationships   Additional Information: ·Company Pension Contribution ·Health Cash Plan ·Free Mortgage Advice Service ·Subsidised Car Parking Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
