Every Step Recruitment is seeking an IT Manager for a full-time, permanent position with a SaaS client.
The ideal candidate should have strong IT management skills along with a solid understanding of IT operations, system reliability, and security.
Key responsibilities include providing Line 1 and Line 2 support for SaaS software, managing data backups and disaster recovery, and ensuring the availability of production systems.
Candidates should also be knowledgeable about GDPR, agile methodologies, and have experience in capturing and documenting processes.
The position requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a competitive salary of $90,000 per year.

Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are actively seeking an IT Manager, on behalf of our SaaS Client, on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal Candidate will possess strong IT management skills, a solid understanding of IT operations, system reliability and security.

You will require expertise in the following areas:

Line 1 and Line 2 Support for SaaS software; you will be handling day-to-day issues reported by employees (field and office-based) using the software
A solid understanding of data backups and disaster recovery; you will be responsible for ensuring employees and server data is managed for all eventualities
A thorough understanding of production systems and their monitoring - you will be responsible for ensuring the Company website and all web-based interfaces are up and available 100% of the time ensuring availability for Customers
Knowledge of GDPR and similar privacy laws ensuring all Customer information is properly managed and erased upon request
Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies; ability to work with speed, adaptability and efficiency
Capturing and documenting processes, and creating 'how to’ guides ensuring all incoming IT / Developer requests have the necessary details and can be easily prioritised
A drive for continuous improvement
