My client, a leader in the lawindustry, are looking to recruit an Interim Head of Marketing to join their team for a 9-12 month period.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies within legal context, have experience managing and leading a team and exceptional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting and marketing the companys culture, behaviours and values
- Managing the firms digital footprint
- Leading and mentoring the marketing and business development team, creating a collaborative and positive work environment driving results
- Overseeing the creation of compelling and relevant content for the firms website, social media platforms and other channels online
- Internal and external communications oversight and development to event management, PR and Publicity
- Facilitating networking opportunities key stakeholders
- Significant experience in marketing and business development roles within legal/professional services
- Numerically and financially literate, comfortable working with metrics and budgets
- Good understanding of digital marketing techniques
- Leadership skills, with proven track record of mentoring and delegating
- Excellent IT skills
- £65,000 per annum
- Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
- St Albans Hybrid working (TBC)
