Full training is given but would suit someone who has worked either in a phone based role or who has worked face to face with the public.
You will be computer literate enjoy interacting with clients and your role will be to ensure that the service provided is adequate for the clients' needs and help with any other requirements.

They offer a salary of between £22,000 - £23000pa, plenty of training, a bonus structure and more.
