We are recruiting for our client based on the outskirts of St Albans who is looking for a new member to join the team. The role is for a Customer Service Advisor/Account Manager. This company really prides itself not only on the training, but the opportunity to promote within the organisation. Full training is given but would suit someone who has worked either in a phone based role or who has worked face to face with the public.
You will be computer literate enjoy interacting with clients and your role will be to ensure that the service provided is adequate for the clients' needs and help with any other requirements.
The company is relocating to Hemel Hempstead next year so please do factor this in when applying.
They offer a salary of between 22,000 - 23000pa, plenty of training, a bonus structure and more.
