The Role

As an Account Executive/Manager at Triducive, you will play a vital role in our consultancy firm, particularly in the healthcare sector. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring their needs and objectives are met with precision and professionalism. You'll oversee various projects from inception to completion, serving as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams alike. You'll work closely with our Program Director and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for ongoing projects, addressing issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or referrals to enhance project value.
  • Take ownership of client projects, ensuring seamless management and high-quality outputs.
  • Develop core project materials and communicate project status effectively.
  • Collaborate with the scientific content team to deliver comprehensive outputs to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or changing requirements.
