Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio
- Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing technical guidance and support
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Identifying and implementing process improvements within the audit function
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively
