Your role as Audit ManagerIn this exciting Audit Manager role, you'll work directly with partners to provide client-focused and commercially aware services. You'll mentor and manage junior staff to help them develop and progress in their careers. With a portfolio of clients spanning various industries, your role will include all aspects of audit management from planning to execution. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach in building client relationships.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and ensure audits are carried out efficiently
• Lead and support your team on audit assignments, providing guidance and feedback
• Take the lead on planning and budgeting jobs to optimise productivity
• Maintain high-quality audit standards and client care
• Develop and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for further business development

What you'll need to succeed as Audit Manager

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification with post-qualification experience
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team
• Extensive experience with UK auditing and accounting standards
• Commercial awareness and ability to apply technical knowledge in a client-focused way
• Enthusiasm to progress in your career and develop into senior roles within the firm
