Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Manage and mentor a team, supporting their development and performance
- Provide business advisory and compliance services, including accounts preparation and tax planning
- Work closely with senior management to drive efficiency and growth within the firm
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and insights
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 4 previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong leadership and client management skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
