Chief Finance Officer - Education Trust

Location: Onsite, St Albans

Salary: £80 -£85,000, 29 days holidays + bank holidays, 23% pension

We are seeking an exceptional CFO to join our growing Trust. As a key member of the Executive Team, you will work closely with the CEO and other leaders to develop and implement strategy, ensuring the Trust's financial stability and effectiveness.

The Trust has grown to twelve schools, educating 8500 students with a workforce of 1250 staff and an annual income of approximately £55m. Further growth is planned with two more primary schools joining soon

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial advice.
  • Lead and manage the central financial team.
  • Ensure effective financial management and stability.

Requirements:

  • Accountant accreditation.
  • Experience in financial management and leadership
  • Prior experience working in education
