This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading client relationships, overseeing complex tax matters, and mentoring junior team members within a thriving tax department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of private clients, providing tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Reviewing complex personal tax returns and identifying tax planning opportunities.
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts on a range of tax matters.
  • Overseeing junior staff, providing training and technical guidance.
  • Ensuring all work complies with relevant tax legislation and industry best practices.
  • Supporting business development and client relationship management.
Skills & Experience:
  • CTA/ACA/ATT qualified.
  • At least six years' experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal tax, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively within a team.
