About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is integral in supporting Chartered Financial Planners and Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) by ensuring the smooth administration of client portfolios and financial planning processes. If you have a strong understanding of financial products, exceptional organisational skills, and a client-focused approach, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Administration: Manage and maintain accurate records of client information, ensuring all data is compliant with regulatory requirements.

Financial Planning Support: Assist financial advisers in preparing client reports, including researching financial products and compiling financial plans.

Client Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding administrative queries, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements, including the preparation of compliance documentation.

Meeting Preparation: Organise and prepare documentation for client meetings, including investment performance reports and financial statements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with advisers and the wider administrative team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a similar financial services administration role is essential.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products, particularly in pensions, investments, and insurance.

Skills:Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.

Qualifications: Relevant financial services qualifications are preferred, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
