We have an exciting opportunity for a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant to join an industry leading Asbestos Consultancy. The successful candidate will be covering Commercial, Industrial and Educational contracts, providing the full range of surveying sites, including sampling of ACMs prior to bagging, and labelling correctly. You will also be responsible for providing in depth consultancy advice to their long-standing clients, ensuring to maintain a professional rapport at all times. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Watford, Hertford, Cheshunt, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Stevenage, Slough, Windsor, Reading, Bracknell, Woking, Guildford, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Basingstoke, Newbury.
Experience & Qualifications:
" BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
" Hands on experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Will come from a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" In-depth knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
" Management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Carrying out sampling of ACMs.
" Ensuring to correctly bag and label samples and ensuring to send to the laboratory for analysis.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Liasing with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
" Producing comprehensive reports for clients using industry relevant systems.
