HR Administrator

Our family feel client are looking for a HR Administrator to join their successful and growing team.

You will be joining a reputable business that provides a great service and a brilliant working culture. Furthermore, this role will be fully office based and will suit an experienced Administrator who is now looking for a new challenge. This client is looking to move quickly and can interview ASAP.

Senior Administrator - About The Role

  • Administration support to the Senior Management team
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks, and organising interviews.
  • Maintain employee records
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
  • Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientations
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • To undertake all other duties as reasonably required and directed
  • Organise and manage company social events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
