RESPONSIBILITIES路Assisting customers with orders and providing excellent customer service.路Arranging installations, organising engineers' diaries and ordering spare parts.路Answering inbound customer enquires via telephone and email.路Processing customer orders on the system.路Escalating queries to the aftersales team.路Develop good relationships with customers.
