Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager Are you ready to elevate your career as a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager?This permanent role offers a competitive salary range up to £30k with an OTE of £50k PLUS car allowance of  up to £3300 p/a. Join my clients dynamic team in the Real Estate & Property sector, where you'll have the opportunity to step into a SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR AND/OR ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGHER role whilst showcasing your expertise in negotiating the best possible house prices for their clients. My client is happy to speak to individuals with either 1 year experience as a sales negotiator OR a seasoned experienced sales negotiator looking for the next move to a senior sales negotiator.
  • Basic up to £30k (DOE)
  • Potential OTE of £50k
  • Car allowance of up to £3300 p/a
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in valuing properties - but not essential as training will be given.
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Determined, hard-working, and a smart appearance
  • Team player with excellent communication
  • Punctual and committed to success
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role
Must Have:
  • Own Car with Business Insurance
  • Drive, determination & work well under pressure
  • Able to demonstrate leadership & lead from the front
  • A good conversation rate on valuations
In return my client is offering you:
  • Up to £30k basic, OTE £50k + £3300 car allowance
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Mon-Fri - 9am-6pm   1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-5pm WITH A DAY OFF IN LIEU
