As a Telesales Executive you will be an integral part of their Sales Team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding their customer base through outbound sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on lead generation for new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients over the phone.

Key Tasks:

  • Lead generastion
  • Making between 70-100 outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Identify and Qualify sales leads.
  • Engage with decision makers to understand their business needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on all leads and enquiries in a timely professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience..

Desired Experience for the Ideal Candidate:

  • Telesales/Sales Background: minimum of 6-12 months.
