An outstanding St. Albans Primary School are looking for a full time Year 1 Teacher on a permanent basis to start January.

As the full time Year 2 Teacher you will be responsible for creating a learning experience that enables and challenges your pupils to be the best that they can be. The school seek to ensure that children have the best possible experiences, so aspirational and exciting teaching is encouraged.

- Experience teaching Key Stage One, ideally within Year 1
- Positive and constructive behaviour management skills
- Willingness to ensure pupils obtain specific education to their needs
- High expectations for all children, motivating and engaging them in the learning process
- Confidence to ensure the highest expectations of achievement and behaviour
- Support the leadership and development of a curriculum team
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
