This is a fully office-based role, working 5 days a week.
Your Role:
- Support all aspects of the Human Resources function within the hotel.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit interviews.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture, aligning with the hotel's vision and values.
- Provide guidance and support to management teams on employment law and best HR practices.
- Identify and support training and development opportunities to nurture employee growth.
- Build relationships with local colleges, universities, and the wider community.
- Align the HR function with business goals, driving forward initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Manage succession planning by assessing recruitment and development needs and implementing retention strategies.
- Promote a fair, inclusive, and safe workplace, championing initiatives that motivate and engage employees.
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with management-level experience.
- Hospitality experience is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
