What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute our candidate attraction strategy, focusing on both junior and senior hires.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and managing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure clear communication and alignment across the business.
  • Serve as a business partner, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our recruitment processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience as an agency recruitment consultant.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Highly organised, with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruiting both graduates and experienced professionals.
