We are seeking a Product Support Engineer to support and implement our proprietary data security product. In this customer-facing role, you will work directly with clients to ensure smooth integration, configuration, and maintenance of our product in their environments. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Windows Server 2022, able to configure and administer servers, and manage firewalls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Implementation: Work closely with clients to install, configure, and maintain our security product.
  • Server Administration: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2022 environments.
  • Firewall Management: Collaborate with network teams to manage and troubleshoot firewall configurations to ensure optimal security.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate support.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to server configurations, firewalls, and the security product.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams (development, sales, and account management) to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing product support.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support interactions, technical configurations, and customer environments to assist in future troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Windows Server 2022 (configuration, administration, and troubleshooting).
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls and experience in configuring and maintaining them.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with data security products or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends in data security and server management.
