Are you a 2 – 4-year PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor seeking a fresh challenge with a leading Private Practice Firm? Our client's esteemed Commercial Litigation team is highly regarded, known for handling a wide array of high-quality commercial litigation cases. They often take on work referred for London and National practice when conflicts arise, boasting an extensive list of Insolvency Practitioner clients. As the team progresses to the next level, they seek a dynamic lawyer to contribute to its growth.This role will entail significant involvement in the Firm's Insolvency matters. The team is fully prepared to provide training to familiarize you with this area, should you require it.The Firm:Our client is a distinguished law firm, ranked in the Top 500 and holding numerous prestigious accreditations in recognition of their exceptional legal advice. Committed to progress, they are continually evolving and have a dedicated team of over 100 professionals.Type of work:Activities will be varied and will include, but are not limited to the following.Handling all aspects of general commercial litigation to include court claims, applications and advisory work in areas such as: 
  • Contractual disputes 
  • Director/shareholder disputes 
  • Large debt claims  
  • Insolvency litigation 
What will be expected from you?
  • Dealing with new enquiries
  • Providing guidance where required to junior members of staff
  • Provide a courteous and efficient service putting clients at the centre of everything
  • Maintain control of an allocated caseload to ensure that standards of matter conduct, file management, administration, time-recording and accounting are maintained
  • Recognise the importance of cross selling and identify opportunities to refer work
  • To attend networking and firm events
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
