My client is seeking dynamic, commercially minded qualified Corporate Solicitor to join their St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

You will be instrumental in assisting in the continued development and growth of the corporate department. The role consists of a broad existing caseload including share and asset disposals and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, partnership and limited liability partnership agreements and bank funding. You will need to be focused on building relationships with clients and introducers and be able to consistently deliver outstanding and straightforward advice to clients. Requirements:
