The Role: As a Property Litigation Partner, you’ll play a key role in expanding the practice, managing complex matters, and nurturing both new and existing client relationships. This position offers high visibility within the firm and a chance to directly shape the future of the team.You’ll advise on a wide range of high-value and complex disputes, including:
  • Commercial landlord & tenant matters (including 1954 Act claims, forfeiture, breach of lease covenants, terminal dilapidations)
  • General property litigation (possession and sale claims, boundary disputes, rights of way)
  • Leasehold enfranchisement, right of first refusal, and statutory lease extensions
  • Adverse possession and prescriptive rights
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in property litigation
  • Demonstrable track record in fee generation, business development and maintaining client/referrer relationships
  • Experience managing or supervising junior team members
  • Leasehold Enfranchisement experience would be desirable
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • A confident, client-focused communicator with a collaborative approach and leadership potential
