- Commercial landlord & tenant matters (including 1954 Act claims, forfeiture, breach of lease covenants, terminal dilapidations)
- General property litigation (possession and sale claims, boundary disputes, rights of way)
- Leasehold enfranchisement, right of first refusal, and statutory lease extensions
- Adverse possession and prescriptive rights
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in property litigation
- Demonstrable track record in fee generation, business development and maintaining client/referrer relationships
- Experience managing or supervising junior team members
- Leasehold Enfranchisement experience would be desirable
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- A confident, client-focused communicator with a collaborative approach and leadership potential
