- Managing transactions from instruction to completion, covering sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Conducting title reviews, searches, and resolving complex property issues
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and mortgage reports
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, estate agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
