RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 8+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £55-80K. Outstanding opportunity to join the highly respected residential property law team of a Legal 500 firm, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. Job ref: 215298243The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations. • You will be responsible for managing and overseeing your own caseload, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new-build, shared ownership, unregistered properties, Right to Buy, and Help to Buy transactions.• The firm are considering candidates that have proven experience, excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for greater autonomy and the ability to build and develop their own team.• You will also develop close relationships with client and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the entire conveyancing process.
