Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the General Managers and their teams with PA activities as required
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
- Organise office operations and procedures
- Supporting with Office Management duties - Maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to assist in the onboarding process for new hires and full employee life cycle
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Assisting with ongoing projects to help further integrate the business with parent company
What they are looking for:
- Previous PA/ Office Manager experience
- Educated to Degree level
- Previous experience of working within process driven organisation
- Previous experience of managing heavy diary schedules, travel, meetings & events
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Outlook
- Experience of covering Facilities including knowledge around Health & Safety - dealing with contractors / maintenance
- Switched on, with lots of initiative
- Hard-working and proactive
- Highly organised and efficient
- Excellent communicator
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team
- High level of personal organisation and attention to detail
- A positive 'can-do' attitude with creative flair
- Strong project management
- High levels of self-awareness and desire to develop
