Accounts Administrator

We are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join an established and friendly company based in St Albans, they are currently going through a substantial period of growth and so it is an exciting time to join them!

Key responsibilities:

·         Matching invoices to POs

·         Coding and entering invoices accurately

·         Reconciling supplier statements

·         Filing and other general accounts administration duties as required

What the client is looking for:

·         At least 1 year within a similar accounts focused role

·         Competent using all Microsoft Office applications  

·         Able to communicate effectively and with a high standard of professionalism and integrity with all required individuals and organisations  

·         Able to manage own work and prioritise as necessary
