Office Manager

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based inSt Albans, for an experiencedOffice Managerto join on a part-time, permanent basis.

Covering two full days per week, the successful applicant will will play a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of my clients daily operations.

This position offers an exciting, diverse and unique opportunity to contribute to the operational efficiency of the company.

The successful candidate will need exceptional customer service, have the ability to multi-task and manage their own workload efficiently.

Hours & Pay:

  • Salary up to 20,000 - dependent on experience

About you:

  • Previous Office Management/Coordination experience is essential
  • Receptionist/Front Desk experience is desired
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Exceptional Customer Service levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
