Program Director – £80-100k pa + Bonus & Benefits – St Albans, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

The Role

As a Program Director at Triducive, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing a diverse portfolio of healthcare consultancy projects. Your primary focus will be on generating expert opinion through consensus methods, guiding strategic decisions that drive positive transformations in health markets. Your responsibilities will span consultancy, facilitation, and leadership, with a strong emphasis on delivering impactful campaigns and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice tailored to clients' needs.
  • Design and oversee projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Conduct engaging meetings with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Foster collaboration internally and externally to achieve project goals.
  • Manage and inspire a small team to excel in project delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs and continuous professional development.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the company and support ongoing business development and operational excellence.

 The Person:

  • 4 years of consultancy experience in the pharmaceutical/health communications industry.
  • Background in science or medicine.
  • Proficiency in project management and leadership.
  • Ability to facilitate high-level stakeholder (client and clinician) engagement and collaboration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with IT tools including MS Office suite and collaborative platforms.
