The Property Director will be responsible for overseeing the Property Management Team, their objectives, delivery to the customers and Customer Service.

  • Overall management and responsibility for the Service Deliverables of the Property Management Team
  • Oversees and directs property management activities related to the organisation’s diverse portfolio.
  • Supervises and directs activities of property management staff, training and coaching as appropriate.
  • Responsible for the overall successful operations of properties and works to ensure the department operations meet or surpass industry standards (RICS code etc.) and clientKPI’s/SLA’s.
  • Strong knowledge of property management legislation, rules, and regulations. Good command of people management and managing large and complex developments.
  • Prepares and presents departmental reports relating to project performance, goals, standards, benchmarks, etc.
  • Maintains good working relationships with clients, finding solutions to problems and their implementation.
  • Manage supplier partners to ensure effective delivery of their services.
  • Stays abreast of property management and other real estate related industry standards, legislation impacting department and industry practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Regularly communicates and cooperates with Asset Management staff on all PM reporting and regulatory issues.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaboration with executive team to deliver against the Customer Experience, Compliance and Project Management objectives.
  • Ensure all complaints are responded to in accordance with our complaints process.
  • Ensure your department is compliant with GDPR.
  • Experience in a similar role
  • BA or BSc degree required, MTPI qualified.
  • Strong leadership in property management practices and techniques
  • Leadership & Demonstrable Management skills
  • Passionate about mentoring teams to inspire confidence and results-orientation.
  • Outcome-oriented and motivated by performance-based rewards.
  • Able to channel different points of view, establish and maintain excellent relationships, and foster team atmosphere with internal staff while achieving key objectives.
  • Possess exceptional relationship building and communication skills between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic and highly analytical with the ability to take large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions.
