Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing tenders for large-scale design & build projects
• Liaising closely with pre-construction, planning, and operations teams
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Analysing drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates

We're looking for:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within a main contractor environment
• A strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Experience working on industrial, logistics, or similar large-scale projects (preferred)
