Junior/Graduate Quantity Surveyorto join a main contractor working on a variety of high end residential and luxury fit out projects in central London.
- Working alongside a Senior QS, you'll see yourself working on projects in the region of 1-3m. Projects such as the high end fit out of an appartment in Prime London; extension to the rear of a private house, with full strip out and fit out; or the luxury fit out of a 4 bed teeraced house in Mayfair.
- Working out of the office near St Albans, Hertfordshire,visiting sites in the centre when required.
- This business currently turns over about 10m having been running for almost 8 years. They're aiming to gradually grow the business over the next 5-10years. The way they intend to do so is by steadilly growing the size of the jobs rather than increasing the number of projects on at a time. They only take on 7 projects at any one time.
- Very high standards for the finish on their projects, you'll need to have a keen eye for detail and value the quality.
Previous experience working on high end resi projects is benefitial.
Salary depends on experience:35,000 - 40,000 + Package.
