Our client is a leading contractor with a turnover of £120 million and plans for strong growth in 2025 and beyond.
They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their Social Housing Refurbishment team, which accounts for 25% of the business's turnover.
The Quantity Surveyor will manage all commercial responsibilities for multiple projects, including procurement and final accounts, while ensuring financial deadlines and budget values are met.
Duties include commercial strategy, procurement, financial reporting, and risk/opportunity reports.
Candidates must have a surveying degree and strong commercial experience in refurbishment projects, and should be able to commute to Hertfordshire/North London.

Our Client are a leading Contractor with a 120million turnover currently and strong growth plans for 2025 and beyond. They are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor within their Social Housing Refurbishment team which contributes to 25% of the businesses turnover.

As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all commercial responsibility of a number of projects from procurement through to final account, managing financial deadlines and budget values.

Experience Required:

Surveying Degree
