Due to company expansion, our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the St Albans Area, are looking to employ an experienced Sales Negotiator. The position will be primarily office based with the very occasional trip out.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

  • Up to £24,000 basic salary
  • £30,000 - £35,000 On Target Earnings
  • Individual commission and Team bonuses
  • 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Working Hours:

  • Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
  • Saturday’s (one in every four) | 09:00 – 17:00

Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience working in a mid to high end properties
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ambition and be self-motivated

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Successfully Negotiating offers
  • Calling out new properties to potential buyers
  • Marketing updates to Vendors
