They pride themselves on their exceptional service, expert local knowledge, and ability to secure the best results for their clients. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven New Business Manager / Lister to join a dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to generate new business by conducting market appraisals and securing new sales instructions. You’ll play a crucial part in bringing high-quality stock to the market and driving the agency’s continued success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new business and win new sales instructions.
  • Conduct market appraisals and provide expert advice to potential sellers.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, providing exceptional service and guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency’s market share.
  • Work towards and exceed targets for new instructions and revenue.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent the agency in a professional and approachable manner.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in estate agency sales with a strong track record of winning new business.
  • Confident in conducting market appraisals and securing instructions.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
  • Well-presented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the St Albans property market is advantageous.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
