Our client, a small surveyor's firm based in St Albans is looking for a secretary to join their team.
The role is part time, Mon-Wed, 09.00-5.30pm.
Role responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries
- Typing and audio typing for Schedules of Conditions, Party Wall Awards, Licence Agreements
- Land Registry Searches
- Managing administration from surveyors
- General administration and secretarial duties
Ideal Candidate:
- Someone who understands and has had experience in a traditional secretary role
- Has a polite and confident phone manner
- Is able to confidently use templates, Docusign, We Transfer, Dropbox
- Strong administration skills and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Someone process driven
- Has experience in the legal sector, or a construction/engineering background would be a bonus.
Hours: Monday - Wednesday 09.00-5.30pm
27-31k pro rata
