Tate Recruitment are currently looking for a Work Experience Support Officer to join the Young People Services team for their local authority client based in St Albans.

  • £15.84ph
  • Full time- 37 hours
  • Office based in St Albans
  • Temporary contract- until April 2025

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Work Experience Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of work experience programmes. You'll be responsible for marketing these opportunities, conducting Health & Safety visits (IOSH qualification required), and ensuring a smooth experience for both employers and participants. Confident in using Microsoft Office, you will be the first point of contact for managers, demonstrating excellent communication and customer care skills.

This role requires a team player who can also work independently, with the flexibility to travel across the county.

Main Duties & Responsibilities* To support with marketing and Health & Safety visits for work experience programmes* Must be confident in marketing and have an IOSSH qualification for Health & Safety Visits* You will be a competent administrator with experience of using Microsoft Office who is confident to be the first point of contact for Managers and possess excellent customer care skills

Person Specification* Good Team Member and able to work on own initiative* IT competent* Have Driving License, access to a car and able to travel across the county
