Sonic Summary

We are seeking a passionate individual for the position of Lead Learning and Support Assistant in a mainstream school in St Albans.
This is a full-time, fixed contract role for one year, starting ASAP, ideally by February half term.
Candidates should have impressive behavior management skills and experience as a Learning Support Assistant, preferably with a focus on SEN.
The role offers a salary of £22,000 to £25,000 per year, depending on experience.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for career progression while working closely with teachers to promote independent learning.

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and caring individual as a Lead Learning and Support Assistant to work within a mainstream school as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant.
