Welsh Speaking Emergency Communications Operator needed in Colwyn Bay.

The rate is £17.33ph PAYE

This role is starting January 2025- full training for 6 weeks with no leave permitted. Candidate must be keen and dedicated to the position.

You will be trained to ask initial questions to establish the risk/severity of the complaint and if there are any lines of enquiry or investigation such as evidence, or forensic opportunities. You will work with emergency services and partner agencies, supporting the work they do and arranging for police involvement where this is needed.

To be considered for the role you will need to provide evidence of having an NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, a typing speed of around 25 - 30wpm (a test will be issued to you by your recruiter). You should have good communication skills together with the ability to work well in a team environment or on your own initiative and have good geographical knowledge of North Wales.

The client are a bilingual organisation and for this role, you will need to demonstrate a minimum of level 4/5 Welsh speaking skills.
