About the ole:

Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of sales operations — owning the client journey from the very first call through to successful delivery. Your day-to-day will include building strong client relationships, preparing quotes, managing orders, and ensuring every customer receives top-tier service. You will also play an active role in identifying new sales opportunities, re-engaging past clients, and helping grow into new markets.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage Client Accounts: From first contact to delivery, you will be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring they receive seamless, high-quality support.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Handle inquiries, generate quotes, and grow a portfolio of new and returning customers.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Take inbound calls, update the CRM, and make sure no detail is missed.
  • Proactive Outreach: Reconnect with previous clients, explore fresh leads, and seek out new ways to add value.
  • Team Contribution: Get involved in marketing campaigns and broader business activities that drive success.
