On-site Co-ordinator£28,000 - £30,000BonusSt AustellWe are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work onsite filling roles in line with the service agreement in place with the client. You will be working under the instruction of an account manager but will be required to solely support the needs of the onsite client.The job is fast-paced, you have to be reactive and due to the nature of the site, you have to take a flexible approach to your day-to-day activities. The role will be interesting, and varied and will include:

  • Ensuring requirements are met in line with the supplier agreement.
  • Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates.
  • Ensuring all applicants are compliant and have the right paperwork to work at the site.
  • Giving accurate job descriptions and information to applicants.
  • Organise successful candidate induction meetings.
  • Attending Team Manager meetings to provide updates on current requirements.
  • Helping with arrangements of assessment centres where needed.
  • Reporting figures.
  • Shared on call

Essential Skills Required:

  • Excellent People Skills.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • The ability to work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
  • A full UK driving licence and a car are essential due to the site locations.
  • Excellent written and numerical skills.
