Currently, you'll likely be managing mixed teams of Engineers in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, responsible for all Maintenance and Engineering Operations.

This role could really suit you if you are a Multiskilled Engineer by training/apprenticeship and are seeking to step up into a larger manufacturing environment (200 staff) with broader responsibilities but also maintain some hands on responsibility.

To be successful in the role, we would like:

  • An Experienced, qualified Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical).
  • Have strong experience in manufacturing, automation or industrial environments.
  • Have Experience managing Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams.
  • Have experience coordinating and planning maintenance schedules, PPM plans and Business Continuity.
  • Print, Packaging or associated sector experience is beneficial but not essential.

You'll already be a great hands on engineer, and have the experience and personality to work with and develop other engineers. You'll work closely with the Manufacturing Director and Managing Director to deliver effective maintenance, installation and Engineering plans in a fast moving manufacturing environment and you'll enjoy an active and busy working environment.

If this sounds like a role you could get your teeth into, we'd love to heard from you.
