Our client is a recruitment company which specialises in industrial and manufacturing recruitment. With multiple locations across the region, they have a strong network and are a creative, forward-thinking, and ambitious company that wants to recruit like-minded individuals. They handle temporary and permanent vacancies and have an established and loyal client base.They wish to appoint an experienced account manager to work on a large industrial multi-site account. They are looking for dedicated professionals who seek ownership and responsibility.You will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for client relationships.
  • Managing coordinators and ensuring information is effectively communicated.
  • Interviewing, attracting, and placing applicants across a range of roles within the account.
  • Working to activity targets set.
  • Providing a high-quality customer service experience.
  • Building relationships.
  • Planning and personal diary management.
  • Providing solutions and solving problems.
  • Out of hours on call (shared)
