This role is perfect for those looking to relocate to a picturesque area with a vibrant community and stunning landscapes. Your new roleAs a Damp & Disrepair Surveyor, you will work closely with property service supervisors to deliver and co-ordinate works and an approach to property disrepair. Your responsibilities will include conducting surveys to address complaints of damp, mould, or disrepair and recommending appropriate remedial actions. You will act as a first point of contact for issues, resolving them efficiently and effectively with operational staff, whilst also programming works and allocating resources to maintain high performance levels across the organisation. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you will have experience in conducting building surveys in tenants homes, identifying the causes of damp and mould. In addition, knowledge of current disrepair legislation will be helpful in this role. From a qualification perspective, you'll need to have a HNC in Construction or an equivalent level qualification, which could also include an A Level.
