About the role

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Technical and CDM legislation while ensuring their house types meet building regulations and warranty requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of developments, preparing architectural drawings, and ensuring all architectural information is accurate, clear, and professionally presented.
• Title Overlays & Pre-Construction Packs
• Create title overlays and assist in preparing pre-exchange and pre-completion packs.

What we would like from you

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Archicad and AutoDesk 3D
• Attention to detail on design work
• Basic skills in Sketchup and Photoshop - desirable
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
