Morva Recruitment are currently representing an environmental manufacturing company who have an exciting opportunity for a AdministrationAssistant to join their Procurement team based in Cornwall. Joining on a full-time, office based, permanent contract, youll receive a competitive salary and a range of excellent benefits.

The Role

As AdministrativeAssistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Procurement Team. You will assist in various procurement activities, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods and services. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to your overall success.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Reporting into the Buyer.
  • Mitigating the risk of late supply by proactively tracking orders to ensure timely delivery from Suppliers.
  • Document Management.
  • Controlling consumables from cradle to grave up from £50k - £100k budget.
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure that any delays are captured, mitigated, and communicated.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Analysing data to allow quick and informed decisions to be made.
  • Working with accounts to resolve any invoicing queries.
