Job Title: Joiner - Social Housing

Rate: 19.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Joiner to join our client's team in the Social Housing sector. This role involves working on kitchens and bathrooms as part of planned maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship in both tenanted and void properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and refurbish kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard
- Carry out general joinery work, including doors, frames, skirting, and flooring
- Work efficiently within occupied and void properties while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensure all work meets compliance standards and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Joinery
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving License
- Previous experience in the Social Housing sector
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
