We are seeking multiple Site Surveyors to join a well-established engineering company based in Merseyside. In this role, you will conduct topographical surveys on Network Rail infrastructure, including permanent way, switches and crossings, and drainage, utilizing advanced techniques such as laser scanning and Total Station. Additionally, you will perform gauging surveys using laser sweep technology to generate precise platform profiles. Your responsibilities will also include track and structural monitoring, where you will implement various technologies and methodologies to assess the condition of structures and permanent way over time. We are recruiting surveyors at various levels, including Assistant, Lead, Senior, and Principal, to support these critical projects.

The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in undertaking multidisciplinary surveys on the railway and be proficient at creating as-built models, laser data scanning, track surveys and gauging using a range of techniques and equipment such as GPS, Trimble Total Stations, Trimble Scanners, Trimble Gedo System and Laser sweep. You must also have a valid PTS, be flexible to work nights and weekends as there is a requirement to work 2 in 4 weekends (depending on workload), along with a full UK driving license as you will be visiting sites across the Northwest.
