Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with case preparation and management.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents.
- Liaise with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
- Manage and organise case files and legal documents.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a paralegal role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of probate and wills law - ideally.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
